Amnoni Myers - CEO & Founder
Despite aging out of foster care at age eighteen, Amnoni graduated with her master’s degree and helped advocate for child welfare policies on Capitol Hill and the White House. Amnoni then became an Amazon best-selling Author of You Are the Prize. Through her experience and challenges, and the loss of her sister to trafficking, her vision for Launch Ahead was born, to help youth create a transition plan that they are invested in by using technology like artificial intelligence and gaming.
Our Mission
Without proper guidance and resources, foster youth are at higher risk of homelessness, unemployment, and involvement in the justice system. However, with strong mentorship, access to life skills training, and supportive community programs, these young adults can build a foundation for independence, resilience, and success. Our mission is to addressing these gaps ensuring youth have the same opportunities to thrive and succeed as their peers.
